Role Purpose

This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and general external upkeep across the site, including the Retail area, Farmshop, and Food Central.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the premises clean, tidy, and free from litter at all times.
• Collect and dispose of waste from bins located throughout the site.
• Maintain the smoking shelter and ensure it remains in good order.
• Identify and report any issues observed while completing site rounds.
• Support the Facilities Maintenance team whenever assistance is needed.
• Help with winter service duties when required.

Performance Expectations

• Successfully pass internal site audits.
• Help the site achieve the required standard in customer hygiene audits.
• Consistently maintain the cleanliness level expected across the site.
• Provide support to the Facilities Maintenance team when required.
• Assist with winter maintenance and related duties when needed.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

The role calls for clear communication, a basic command of English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay self-motivated.
