Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Executive Secretary to manage and organize the schedule of the General Manager efficiently. This role involves coordinating communications, handling mail and documents, and preparing both internal and external correspondence as directed.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize the daily calendar of the General Manager and notify of all forthcoming commitments and required actions.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and official documents associated with the General Manager's office.
- Draft and prepare internal and external communications professionally, following instructions from the General Manager or Office Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Have 2 to 3 years of experience in secretarial roles.
- Demonstrate strong computer, secretarial, organizational, and telephone communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Additional Information
- Position is based onsite in Dubai.
- Monthly salary range: 10,001 to 20,000 AED.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Only UAE nationals are eligible to apply.
