Role Purpose

The HR Executive - Labour Relations will manage employee relations, ensure comprehensive compliance with labour law, and foster harmonious industrial relations. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an intermediary between management and employees to handle grievances and disputes.

  • Strong abilities in conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with MS Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • High commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.
  • Skills in stakeholder management, attention to detail, and managing pressure.
