Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the Vice President at a dynamic corporate firm located in Atlanta, GA. This position demands an organized and proactive individual with the ability to prioritize multiple urgent tasks while exercising exceptional discretion and professionalism.
Work Schedule
According to current corporate policy, the candidate must work onsite at least four days a week (Monday through Thursday), with additional in-office days as necessary.
Experience and Education
- A minimum of five years of experience in supporting senior executives is mandatory.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide extensive administrative and operational assistance to the Vice President.
- Manage complex schedules, coordinate travel plans, and arrange leadership meetings.
- Collaborate with executive offices across the broader company.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Expertise in managing executive calendars, travel, and high-volume communication.
- Experience with timekeeping, expense reports, and financial administrative tasks.
- Strong decision-making abilities to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively.
- Excellence in organizational, prioritization, and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities.
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, including detailed proofreading.
- Ability to represent the Vice President’s office professionally with all stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships across teams.
- Experience overseeing budgets and expense accounts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe tools.
- Comfort with virtual meetings and hybrid collaboration technologies.
- Adaptability to fast-changing, high-pressure environments.
