About Prime Video and Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities
- Orchestrate complex scheduling and calendar management to support teams stationed across various locations.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements efficiently.
- Handle expense report submission and reconciliation.
- Plan and facilitate team activities including meetings, off-sites, and social events.
- Monitor and promote completion of critical deliverables and follow up on pending actions.
- Serve as a liaison for direct reports and manage workspace logistics including office moves and layout changes.
- Collaborate closely with leadership, recruitment teams, and fellow Executive Assistants to ensure smooth organizational support.
- Foster a positive and engaging workplace environment that encourages fun and teamwork.

Candidate Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience organizing both domestic and global travel plans.
- Expertise in managing executive calendars and sensitive information confidentially.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks simultaneously.
- Preferred qualifications include process improvement leadership, working in technology hubs, efficiency-oriented process design, and strong communication skills across organizational levels.

Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a base annual salary ranging from $74,200 to $129,800 along with additional sign-on bonuses and restricted stock units.
