Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Legal department by overseeing projects and managing follow-up action items
- Coordinate interdepartmental communication by scheduling meetings and ensuring timely follow-up
- Assist with legal tasks by managing document templates and guiding departments on contract procedures
- Maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems for the Legal team
- Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and Legal team, including calendar management and travel planning
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, executive assistant, or a similar role
- Familiarity with legal procedural research techniques
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven with capability to handle heavy workloads and meet deadlines independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or possession of a paralegal certification
- Experience working with legal operations platforms
- Understanding of document certification and authentication processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and related software
- Genuine interest in humanitarian work or global Jewish service initiatives
