Role Overview
Amazon Music is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to two Directors. This position involves collaborating closely with the existing EA team to support a globally distributed organization. The ideal candidate will excel at managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, organizing events, planning large internal meetings, supporting leadership engagements, and liaising in external interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multi-location, multi-time zone calendars with diplomacy and discretion.
- Organize both internal and external meetings including reserving spaces, setting up AV equipment, distributing documents, and tracking attendance.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel plans and itineraries.
- Oversee expense report preparation and submission processes.
- Monitor key project deliverables and ensure pending tasks are followed up on.
- Assist in creating presentations by gathering, formatting, and compiling various data and visuals.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, peers, external vendors, and professionals within the music industry.
- Plan and facilitate team activities including staff meetings, organizational all-hands, fireside chats, off-sites, and other events.
- Promote and sustain creative team traditions to foster a positive and motivated culture.
- Work closely with leadership, key business units, and fellow Executive Assistants to deliver comprehensive organizational support.
- Occasionally travel to support team off-sites and events as necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years professional or military experience.
- Proven expertise managing executive-level calendars.
- Experience organizing domestic and international travel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and related applications.
- Ability to work a full 40-hour week, including overtime if needed.

Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a base hourly wage between $25 and $38 depending on experience and location. The compensation package includes signing bonuses, restricted stock units (RSUs), and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance options, employee assistance programs, 401(k) matching, paid leave, and family planning support.
