Role Overview
Amazon's Business and Corporate Development team offers a dynamic position for an Executive Assistant aiming to engage with the energetic realm of corporate development. This role supports three Directors involved in acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships across Amazon's diverse business sectors, offering extensive insight into key organizational transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and comprehensive support to three Directors located in Seattle, Boston, and San Francisco.
- Manage and optimize complex calendars efficiently.
- Handle expense reimbursements accurately.
- Coordinate global travel and meeting logistics, including video conferencing and calls for both internal and external sessions.
- Prioritize and manage sensitive and confidential information, ensuring timely response to critical actions.
- Organize internal and external events and manage space planning.
- Oversee catering and supply orders to ensure smooth office operations.

About Corporate Development
The Corporate Development team collaborates with Amazon’s business units and leadership to identify and execute strategic acquisitions and investments to fuel growth, including notable acquisitions such as Twitch, Ring, and Whole Foods.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years experience as an executive assistant.
- Proficient in managing executive-level calendars and coordinating domestic and international travel.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools and applications.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience in process improvement, high-tech fast-paced environments, and efficiency optimization is advantageous.

The role requires attendance onsite five days a week in Seattle and demands handling confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
