Overview
The Exclusive Coach at Katara Club is instrumental in ensuring exceptional service quality within the Fitness department. This role demands maintaining professionalism, hygiene, and conduct standards while contributing positively to business growth through strong member relations and satisfaction. The coach must fully embody the club's vision, mission, and values in all aspects of their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead individual and group training sessions adhering to the club's standard operating procedures.
- Conduct exercise classes emphasizing correct technique and safety.
- Educate members on proper equipment usage and effective training methods.
- Promote and sell club memberships and personal training plans.
- Deliver courteous, knowledgeable, and timely customer service.
- Inspire clients towards healthy lifestyles and assist them in achieving fitness objectives.
- Maintain gym cleanliness and ensure equipment is well kept.
- Support the setup and supervision of fitness classes and studio activities.
- Ensure the gym environment aligns with club standards in terms of setup and ambiance.
- Manage procurement and organization of gym supplies and materials.
- Implement all health, safety, and facility regulations actively.
- Monitor gym user welfare and respond swiftly to any incidents.
- Provide performance feedback and recommend operational enhancements to supervisors.
- Contribute to departmental key performance indicators and reporting.
- Participate actively in staff meetings and continuous training.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet shared goals.
- Maintain high personal fitness levels and keep updated with industry trends.
- Demonstrate a consistently positive, professional, and motivational attitude.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Hyrox and functional training methods.
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Fitness or related field.
- Hold a Level 2 Personal Trainer Certification.
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, kinesiology, and training principles.
