About the Role
Mindrift, powered by Toloka, is an established AI and machine learning data partner empowering expert-driven AI training since 2014. We facilitate domain experts in sculpting how next-generation generative AI models improve reasoning and performance. Our new Management Consulting domain translates authentic consulting engagements into domain-specific reinforcement learning environments and evaluation frameworks designed to hone AI capabilities.
This opportunity is tailored specifically for strategy consultants with direct experience at top-tier firms who excel in transforming complex project experiences into structured, real-world scenarios and deliverables to train advanced AI systems.
What You Will Do
- Develop realistic consulting project scenarios capturing industry contexts, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
- Craft discrete, structured consulting tasks reflecting real-world work such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, strategy formulation, diagnostic assessments, and benchmarking.
- Design evaluation frameworks including grading rubrics and golden-answer solutions to calibrate large language model-based grading systems that assess AI outputs efficiently.
Who We Seek
- Strategy consultants with at least three years of hands-on project experience at top firms such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy& (PwC).
- Professionals skilled in structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analysis capable of clarifying ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
- Strong aptitude in building financial and market analytical models, synthesizing complex inputs, and delivering client-ready materials under deadlines.
- Independent, self-motivated working style with high quality and logical rigor in outputs and clear written English communication (minimum B2 level).
- No advanced technical expertise is required; training on necessary lightweight tools will be provided.
Compensation Details
Compensation is project-based and may reach up to $60 per hour equivalent, varying according to individual contribution levels, complexity, and project scope. Different projects on the platform may also offer varying pay structures.
