Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team as an AI Trainer. This position involves assessing and enhancing AI chatbot models by analyzing their logic, tracking progress, and addressing problems to refine model quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their responses.
- Assess AI-generated content for accuracy and overall effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Native or bilingual-level fluency in English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent mastery of grammar, writing style, and adherence to brand voice.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree (current, ongoing, or completed) is preferred but not mandatory.
