Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to enhance our team, focused on subdivision, urban development, and infrastructure projects within the Perth metropolitan area. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and finalize tender pricing and associated documentation in consultation with the Estimating Manager and other managers.
  • Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from engineering drawings.
  • Source, assess, and integrate subcontractor and supplier prices.
  • Assist in the creation of Bills of Quantities and cost plans.
  • Engage in tender review meetings and manage tender handovers.
  • Identify and evaluate tender risks, opportunities, and explore value engineering possibilities.
  • Promote continuous improvement in health, safety, environmental, and quality processes during tendering.
  • Maintain accurate records of tender data and statistics for all open submissions.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with clients and contractors.
