Estate Manager (Sales Services)

Position Overview

As an Estate Manager in Sales Services at Housing & Development Board, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality service to both applicants and current residents of HDB flats. Your role focuses on enabling home ownership by evaluating applicant eligibility for flat purchases, CPF housing grants, and HDB housing loans. Additionally, you will offer informed advice on housing options and financial decisions while managing transaction processes, handling appeals, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

You will assess eligibility for purchasing new and resale HDB flats, determine entitlement to CPF housing grants, and facilitate housing loan applications. Your duties also include guiding customers to make wise housing and financing decisions and managing the sale and resale transaction processes. Handling and analyzing appeals for exceptional cases outside eligibility requirements will be part of your role, including preparing case reports and recommendations for management review. Daily communication with applicants, residents, solicitors, and relevant agencies will be essential. You might also supervise counter operations periodically to ensure smooth service delivery and handle applications for the Enhanced CPF Housing Grant. This role offers a comprehensive understanding of the HDB flat purchase process with opportunities to improve service efficiency for customers and staff.

Contract and Notification
