ERP Procurement Lead

Overview

We are collaborating with a prominent Irish company based in County Meath that is undergoing a significant ERP transformation. This role offers a strategic chance to lead procurement processes, drive organizational change, and play an integral part in delivering a new ERP system framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide procurement-related activities within a comprehensive ERP transformation initiative.
• Revise, standardize, and enhance procurement processes for ongoing efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate closely with teams across procurement, finance, operations, and IT to implement essential business changes.
• Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation efforts, including process documentation, user acceptance testing, and preparing the business for change.
• Contribute to initiatives involving strategic sourcing, supplier oversight, and category management.
• Advocate for procurement best practices, governance, and ERP-integrated operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated success in ERP projects where procurement was a central focus.
• In-depth familiarity with ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, Infor, or JD Edwards.
• Experience in procurement transformation, P2P processes, business process optimization, and managing change.
• Strong abilities in managing stakeholders and engaging both business and technical teams effectively.
• Experience in sectors like manufacturing, engineering, construction, or industrial settings is considered highly favorable.
