ERP Data Entry & Operations Assistant

Role Overview

This full-time position based at Laurel High Global School in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, requires management and maintenance of the school's ERP systems. The incumbent will ensure precise data management across admissions, academics, finance, HR, and other administrative functions. Key duties involve configuring ERP software, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, coordinating updates with vendors or IT teams, analyzing existing workflows, and training personnel to optimize ERP usage in alignment with institutional objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee system administration and configuration of critical ERP modules, including Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and Warehouse Management to fit organizational processes.
• Analyze and enhance current business workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing automation solutions to elevate productivity.
• Develop automated reporting tools, customized dashboards, and KPI tracking through integrated business intelligence features.
• Offer technical and functional support to users, resolve software-related issues, and prepare training materials for staff.
• Manage system upgrades, including data migration, user acceptance testing, and ensure integration with third-party applications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
• Two to five years of experience handling enterprise ERP software from a functional or technical perspective.
• Advanced skills with SQL query programming, report generation, system integration, and data migration techniques.
• Excellent communication abilities to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferably, direct familiarity with Focus Softnet ERP platforms such as Focus 8, Focus 9, or Focus i.
