Entry-Level IT Support Associate (Remote)

We are inviting applications for a full-time Entry-Level IT Support Associate position that is remote. This role focuses on being the primary contact for internal IT support to ensure smooth technological operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver initial technical support to team members via ticketing platforms, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity promptly and professionally.
• Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining employee computers and applications.
• Administer user account management including creation, updates, and password resets across multiple systems.
• Refer more complex technical problems to senior IT specialists with proper documentation.
• Develop and update clear technical documentation, user manuals, and internal knowledge bases.
• Assist in deploying new technologies and supporting IT initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Genuine enthusiasm for technology and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
• Basic understanding of computer operating systems such as Windows and macOS, along with common office software tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and capability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach toward problem resolution.
• Prior IT support experience or certifications like CompTIA A+ are beneficial but not required, provided the candidate shows aptitude and eagerness to learn.

Compensation

The position offers a pay rate between 20 and 30 USD per hour.
