Overview
Join Microsoft as the Enterprise Partner Solutions Lead for Ireland, a vital role within the Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) organization. EPS drives partner connectivity to customers, sellers, technical teams, and investments to accelerate AI adoption and promote partner-led revenue growth. As the lead in Ireland, you will own the partner business comprehensively in a senior individual contributor capacity, collaborating with cross-functional virtual teams, leadership, sellers, and partners. This role integrates partner strategy with execution and investment.
You will provide trusted advisory support to the Country General Manager and leadership team on partner-driven growth, managing operational reports, and transforming pipeline, revenue, and capacity data into actionable insights. You will cultivate a strong, scalable partner ecosystem aligned with regional priorities and EPS business metrics. The position offers flexibility to work up to 50% remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Ireland partner strategy and joint business plans focusing on managed system integrators and independent software vendors in line with company goals.
- Lead co-selling initiatives by driving partner-generated and partner-attached pipeline, revenue, and consumption, ensuring seamless collaboration between partners and sales teams.
- Enhance partner capacity and skills in key solution areas including AI, Copilot, cloud, and business applications to meet customer demands effectively.
- Expand and activate the local partner ecosystem by identifying and filling gaps in capabilities and coverage aligned with solution area demands.
- Oversee partner business reporting, maintain accurate dashboards and scorecards for pipeline, revenue, and capability metrics, and provide timely insights for business reviews at local and regional levels.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for the partner ecosystem, facilitating access and resolving barriers to foster collaboration and growth.
- Operate through influence within cross-team and virtual groups, promoting Microsoft’s culture and values with a focus on respect, integrity, accountability, and inclusion.
- Commit personally to compliance and uphold Microsoft’s Trust Code, identifying and escalating risks when necessary.
Qualifications
- Required: Proven experience in commercial development, partner/channel management, business development, or technology sales.
- Demonstrated success in building partner ecosystems and driving partner-sourced or co-sell revenue.
- Experience managing business reporting, pipeline oversight, forecasting, and presenting insights to senior leaders.
- Preferred: Background in partner development, channel management, or solution sales.
- Familiarity with cloud and AI solution selling (Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot) and knowledge of Microsoft partner programs and incentives.
- Strong analytical and business operations skills including data interpretation and Rhythm of Business reporting.
- Ability to influence and lead through others in a matrix organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
