Role Overview
The institution seeks an energetic English and Behavioral Skills Trainer to develop and conduct interactive training sessions aimed at undergraduate and postgraduate learners. The role entails minimal oversight and involves independent content creation, mentoring, and coordination with relevant parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate training programs in English language and behavioral skills.
- Develop detailed lesson plans, diagnostic analyses, and supportive training resources.
- Construct course outlines with defined goals and measurable outcomes.
- Adapt teaching content to address identified learning gaps among students.
- Assess and monitor student progress to ensure training effectiveness.
- Guide students in preparation for internships and job placements.
- Collaborate with domain experts for customized course content.
- Maintain complete, audit-ready documentation and comply with training standards.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to design and execute training programs independently.
- Experience in behavioral training and English language instruction.
