Overview
Under the supervision of the Manager of Enterprise IoT & Managed Security Deployment, the Engineer for Managed Security Solutions acts as a key technical subject matter expert and influential advocate for Safaricom's portfolio in managed security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
This role is integral to ensuring the successful technical, operational, commercial, and regulatory execution of cybersecurity solutions aimed at enterprise and government clients. The individual is accountable for delivering end-to-end service excellence, overseeing the technical architecture, ensuring alignment with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks, managing partnerships, and aiding in revenue generation across various enterprise security areas.
