Your Responsibilities

• Support participants of the Workforce Australia program by assisting them in preparing for, finding, and maintaining sustainable employment.
• Help individuals recognize their strengths, overcome barriers, and approach new job opportunities with confidence.
• Develop creative and practical solutions to tackle employment challenges ensuring participants have adequate support and tools.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring and workplace accommodations.
• Celebrate successes, from every placement to milestone achievements alongside participants.
• Build enduring partnerships with employers passionate about diversity and inclusion, facilitating opportunities for all.

Additional Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in Australia.
• Hold a valid driver’s licence and have access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Possess a Standard level MyGovID.
• Willing to undertake a National Police Check and obtain Working with Children Check clearance.
• Availability to work full-time from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
