Your Responsibilities
- Support participants of the Workforce Australia program by assisting them in preparing for, finding, and maintaining sustainable employment.
- Help individuals recognize their strengths, overcome barriers, and approach new job opportunities with confidence.
- Develop creative and practical solutions to tackle employment challenges ensuring participants have adequate support and tools.
- Advocate for inclusive hiring and workplace accommodations.
- Celebrate successes, from every placement to milestone achievements alongside participants.
- Build enduring partnerships with employers passionate about diversity and inclusion, facilitating opportunities for all.

Additional Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
- Hold a valid driver’s licence and have access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Possess a Standard level MyGovID.
- Willing to undertake a National Police Check and obtain Working with Children Check clearance.
- Availability to work full-time from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
