About MatchWorks
Based on Whadjuk Noongar Country in Cannington, Western Australia, MatchWorks is a profit-for-purpose organisation dedicated to assisting individuals with disabilities in finding and sustaining meaningful employment. Operating as part of genU, our mission centers on eliminating barriers to employment through programs like Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) and Workforce Australia services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of participants' strengths and aspirations to effectively align them with suitable job opportunities.
- Craft individualized career development plans and coach participants to enhance their skills and self-confidence.
- Connect participants with relevant training, health services, and community support networks to foster long-term employment success.
- Establish and maintain strong local partnerships to expand employment opportunities for job seekers.
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional communication abilities to build trust and nurture enduring relationships with participants and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with proven capability to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Collaborative team player comfortable working alongside employers, colleagues, and community organizations.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate are required; guidance for obtaining these will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, recruitment, or employment consultancy environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software systems.
- Multilingual skills to support inclusive engagement efforts.
Employment Details and Benefits
- Salary range from $65,000 to $72,000 annually, inclusive of superannuation and salary packaging advantages typical of not-for-profit organizations.
- Leave entitlements include 10 days of wellbeing leave, 20 days of annual leave, and 13 days of personal leave.
