Operating as part of genU, our mission centers on eliminating barriers to employment through programs like Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) and Workforce Australia services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of participants' strengths and aspirations to effectively align them with suitable job opportunities.
• Craft individualized career development plans and coach participants to enhance their skills and self-confidence.
• Connect participants with relevant training, health services, and community support networks to foster long-term employment success.
• Establish and maintain strong local partnerships to expand employment opportunities for job seekers.

Candidate Profile

• Exceptional communication abilities to build trust and nurture enduring relationships with participants and stakeholders.
• Highly organized with proven capability to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Collaborative team player comfortable working alongside employers, colleagues, and community organizations.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate are required; guidance for obtaining these will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, recruitment, or employment consultancy environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software systems.
• Multilingual skills to support inclusive engagement efforts.

Employment Details and Benefits

• Salary range from $65,000 to $72,000 annually, inclusive of superannuation and salary packaging advantages typical of not-for-profit organizations.
• Leave entitlements include 10 days of wellbeing leave, 20 days of annual leave, and 13 days of personal leave.
