Elearning Specialist

Summary

Support and enhance digital learning initiatives through content management, localization coordination, engagement data analysis, and technical troubleshooting to elevate learner experiences within a dynamic healthcare setting.

Role Overview

Serve as a Digital Customer Education Specialist aiding global digital training delivery. Responsibilities include maintaining content accuracy, managing localization efforts, analyzing user interaction statistics, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure fluid eLearning experiences, insight-driven improvements, and ongoing process enhancement for healthcare professionals worldwide.

Daily Responsibilities

• Oversee digital learning platforms and resolve technical problems.
• Organize localization and translation efforts for eLearning materials.
• Maintain and update courses developed with Articulate Storyline.
• Collect and examine engagement data across multiple platforms.
• Work collectively with global teams and vendors on various projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher education.
• Over two years of experience in eLearning development or instructional technology.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline.
• Familiarity with learning management systems such as Adobe Learning Manager and Xyleme.
• Proven capability to handle projects involving diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting tools, especially Power BI.
• Knowledge of localization workflows and translation software.
• Understanding of SCORM packaging and LMS publishing processes.
• Prior experience in healthcare or medtech sectors preferred.

Additional Information

This is a contract position through December 2026, offering $27-30 per hour on a W2 basis, including benefits. The role is fully remote within the United States.
