Role overview

Goodstart Early Learning is looking for an Educator to join its Warwick centre at 148 Wood St, Warwick QLD 4370. This position is based at Goodstart Warwick - Wood street and is offered as a permanent role with flexibility to work part time, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. The standard full-time arrangement is 38 hours per week.

Pay and benefits

The hourly rate is between $35.44 and $39.91, depending on your experience and qualification, plus superannuation and other benefits. You will be paid at least 5% above the award rate. In this role, you will work closely with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to support and strengthen high-quality learning programs for children. The position calls for a strong focus on safety, inclusion, and helping every child feel valued and supported in their learning journey.

Requirements

You will need a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent. A solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards is also required, along with a current Queensland Working with Children Check.
