About the Role

We are launching THRIVIN in the United States and seek an experienced, hands-on Ecommerce Logistics Manager to take full ownership of our Shopify backend and logistics operations. This pivotal role combines backend management, inventory control, and inbound logistics to ensure our storefront functions seamlessly. You will oversee everything from maintaining the product catalog to coordinating the movement of goods from the factory to our warehouse and live on the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Shopify backend for the US store, including product setup, collections, variants, tagging, and exclusivity logic, ensuring the product catalog is always accurate and live.
  • Coordinate inbound logistics with the US warehouse (Ship Bots) and freight partners, monitoring shipment timelines from approval to live inventory, resolving delays, and ensuring stock arrives completely and correctly.
  • Implement out-of-stock and oversell policies, monitor replenishment needs, and provide stock and website performance data to support buying and merchandising decisions.
  • Assist in replenishment and stock allocation by delivering operational insights such as sell-through rates, cover, and purchase order status for the US market.
  • Create preorder and product launch setups, including "save & wait" options with estimated delivery times and support peak trading operations.
  • Manage TikTok Shop operations, including product configuration, inventory synchronization, replenishment, compliance, and Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) fulfillment processes.
  • Conduct backend optimizations and conversion tests on features like shipping tiers and checkout settings, monitoring their effects and iterating for improvement.
  • Maintain seamless data flow between Shopify, ERP, WMS, OMS, and fulfillment partners, quickly resolving synchronization or inventory discrepancies, and lead ERP implementation efforts.
  • Develop standard operating procedures, reporting systems, and automation for scalable backend operations, managing workflows through project management tools.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in ecommerce operations, backend management, or logistics within fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
  • Prior work with activewear, fashion, or accessories D2C brands, with solid understanding of apparel catalogs, sizing, and inventory dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Shopify backend management, including catalog configuration in multi-store or multi-market environments.
  • Strong skills in inventory management and stock flow, comfortable with purchase order tracking and managing out-of-stock and oversell strategies.
  • Experience working with 3PL providers, warehouses, and inbound logistics to ensure accurate receipt and product availability.
  • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and OMS platforms, and preferably experience in their implementation or enhancement.
  • Experience or quick adaptability to manage TikTok Shop and Fulfilled by TikTok operations.
  • Advanced capabilities in Excel or Google Sheets and a process-driven mindset focused on workflow automation.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly in a dynamic, scaling business environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across buying, merchandising, marketing, customer service, and external partners.
  • Must be US-based and able to work during US business hours as the dedicated operational lead.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of international and cross-border fulfillment and customs procedures.
  • Experience with API integrations and connecting various ecommerce platforms.
  • Track record of establishing backend operations for a new market or storefront from the beginning.

Additional Information

This is a foundational, remote, full-time contract role with significant autonomy and the opportunity to work directly with the company's founder and leadership team.
