About the Role
Join our dynamic team to lead the online expansion efforts for KDK, a renowned Japanese brand and leader in Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions. KDK has consistently delivered outstanding performance across leading eCommerce marketplaces. This position offers the opportunity to propel further sales growth, reinforce the brand's market dominance, and influence its trajectory by implementing innovative pricing, strategic promotional campaigns, and introducing new product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketplace campaigns, promotions, pricing strategies, voucher programs, bundle offers, and new product launches targeting sales growth.
- Collaborate closely with marketplace Account and Relationship Managers, livestream presenters, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to maximize campaign outcomes and exploit business opportunities.
- Discover and pursue new avenues for growth to reinforce KDK’s leadership in the market.
- Track sales metrics, website traffic, conversion statistics, and campaign impact by providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
- Meet assigned sales targets through continuous enhancement of storefront operations and improving customer experience.
- Stay informed on the latest marketplace trends, features, and monitor competitors to double down on improvements.
- Oversee daily eCommerce operations ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotional materials on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and others are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to guarantee prompt order fulfillment and address issues including cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain operational excellence to ensure a smooth and satisfying online shopping journey.
- Supervise inventory levels and coordinate stock distribution to sustain product availability during daily activities, campaigns, and large sales events.
- Analyze stock movement trends and recommend inventory management actions to minimize stockouts and optimize performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 2 years of practical experience handling e-commerce or marketplace operations.
- Proficient working knowledge of platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Capability to juggle multiple assignments in a high-speed working environment.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and focused on achieving results.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP will be considered a plus.
