E-Commerce Manager

About the Role

Beta Digital Services seeks an experienced and proactive E-Commerce Manager to oversee and expand our presence on various online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, and Instamart. The candidate must demonstrate practical knowledge of these platforms coupled with strong analytical and communication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain seller accounts across multiple e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, and others.
• Develop and refine product listings to enhance visibility and sales.
• Oversee inventory levels, pricing strategies, and order fulfillment processes.
• Design and implement promotional activities to boost sales performance.
• Work collaboratively with marketing and design departments for creating appealing product visuals and creatives.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and maintain high seller ratings.
• Stay updated with marketplace regulations to ensure full compliance of seller accounts.
