About the Role

Pivotal Sec Plus is the largest independent volume cash carrier across the UK and Ireland, serving national and local retailers, authorities, and financial institutions with exceptional service standards exceeding 99%. Safety and security are paramount, and all employees undergo comprehensive training at our dedicated Training Centre to uphold professional handling of cash and valuables.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3.5-ton vehicles to collect and deliver cash and valuables securely.
• Handle and transport customer goods safely and carefully.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships by providing professional and courteous service.
• Strictly follow company and safety procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service consistently.
• Cover various distances including short, medium, and long routes, with variable daily schedules.
• Regular manual handling tasks are involved in this role.

Requirements

• Demonstrate trustworthiness, responsibility, and a systematic work approach.
• Hold a valid full UK driving license with at least two years of driving experience.
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory as full training is provided.
• Must be able to supply a 10-year verifiable work history or, if a school leaver, relevant records.
• Exhibit flexibility regarding work schedules.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Able to follow instructions precisely and meet deadlines.
