Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently throughout the patient journey.
• Coordinate closely with Optometrists to provide seamless, high-quality handovers to customers.
• Handle aftersales services including complaint resolution with a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Support the achievement of team and individual sales goals by employing effective professional sales techniques.

Candidate Profile

Applicants must be qualified and CORU registered Dispensing Opticians with proven experience working in an optical practice. We value individuals who demonstrate strong clinical judgement, are proactive and hands-on, and enjoy contributing to team dynamics and building rapport.
