Job Overview

The Dispatcher role is centered on managing the efficient receipt, picking, packaging, and dispatch of materials in the central stockroom to maintain effective logistics workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries promptly within assigned time limits
• Prepare crates and packaging, especially for bakery and perishable goods
• Coordinate tasks related to picking and packing orders destined for cloud kitchen outlets
• Support the process of loading delivery vehicles, ensuring items are stacked properly
• Ensure cleanliness of vehicles prior to loading
• Keep the stockroom tidy and well-organized
• Label and attach stickers appropriately on product containers
• Prepare items with accurate labels for production processes

Requirements

• High school diploma; additional logistics certification is advantageous
• Experience ranging from 1 to 2 years in logistics or warehouse management
• Good communication skills to liaise with logistics colleagues
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Physical capability to manage loading and unloading tasks efficiently
