About Community Bridging Services (CBS) Inc.

Role Overview

This full-time, permanent position based in Murray Bridge focuses on case managing diverse clients to secure and maintain employment. The role involves program planning, employer engagement, client support during work trials and ongoing employment, documentation, and meeting KPI targets aligned with IEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of clients to facilitate their successful employment.
  • Assist in planning, delivering, assessing, and reviewing program elements.
  • Build and sustain relationships with local employers, services, and stakeholders to source job opportunities.
  • Support clients through work trials, experiences, and paid employment pathways.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and contribute to continuous service improvements.
  • Gather and submit required documentation related to client employment.
  • Provide post-placement and ongoing support to help clients retain employment.
  • Work towards and exceed IEA-aligned KPI and placement objectives.

Candidate Requirements

  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (minimum P2) is essential.
  • Willingness to travel with clients as necessary.
  • Relevant NDIS/DHS checks and clearances or readiness to obtain them.
