Role Overview

We are searching for a passionate Product Director to lead the product vision and strategic development with an emphasis on user acquisition, retention, and community traction. This part-time onsite role involves shaping the platform’s features and helping build a dedicated and engaged audience. Due to confidentiality, further company details will be revealed after signing a non-disclosure agreement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap informed by user research, market trends, and competitive analysis to align with the company’s business objectives.
• Develop and implement rapid A/B testing methodologies to guide product iteration and optimization.
• Create personalized onboarding processes and engagement loops aimed at maximizing user retention and lifetime value.
• Collaborate with design and technical teams to enhance key features including feed algorithms, content creation tools, sharing mechanisms, notifications, and community engagement functions.
• Lead cross-functional teams across technology, go-to-market, and design to deliver high-quality, iterative product releases.
• Instill a culture of data-driven decision-making utilizing behavioral analytics and continuous experimentations to augment retention and lifetime value.
• Explore and define initial or scalable monetization strategies such as targeted advertising, premium subscriptions, in-app purchases, or creator economy features.

Compensation and Terms

The position offers equity with a vesting schedule and a salary contingent upon securing venture capital funding. This role begins on a part-time basis preceding capital infusion.
