• More than 10 years of experience in semi-custom manufacturing sectors such as marine, aerospace, or related fields.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise working with composite materials.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing and developing production and shop floor teams.
• In-depth knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and managing complex multi-build environments.
