Role overview
This senior leadership role is centered on driving large-scale people transformation work that improves organizational agility, reshapes workforce capability, and supports AI-enabled ways of working. You will act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, turning broad transformation goals into practical people, organization, and change plans. The position sits in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment where influence, execution, and measurable business impact are essential.

What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on enterprise transformation, organizational design, workforce planning, and AI-enabled operating models.
- Lead cross-functional HR transformation efforts that improve organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and capability building.
- Develop and put into practice organizational structures, role frameworks, governance approaches, and workforce planning methods that support business change.
- Own enterprise change management work to improve readiness, adoption, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
- Work with business teams, HR centers of excellence, finance, and IT to define scope, governance, delivery roadmaps, and success measures for transformation programs.
- Spot risks, dependencies, and adoption barriers, then put mitigation actions in place to support successful delivery and lasting impact.
- Use data, insights, and analytics to guide decisions, monitor progress, and improve transformation initiatives.
What you need
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience with a strong emphasis on organizational design, workforce transformation, and change management.
- 4 or more years of leadership experience, including direct or matrixed team leadership.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise transformation initiatives and converting business strategy into people and operating-model solutions.
- Solid understanding of organizational design principles, workforce planning, governance structures, and role architecture.
- Exposure to AI-led transformation and how it affects workforce design and operating models.
- Strong consulting ability, stakeholder management skills, and executive-level communication with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Strong analytical thinking, business judgment, and data-driven decision-making capability.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in ambiguous, rapidly changing settings while maintaining strong execution discipline.
- Helpful certifications include Prosci, CCMP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or Agile credentials.

- Base pay is typically in the range of $152,066 to $223,031, depending on location and experience.
