Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive role entails managing and refining ARGA's online image, driving lead generation, and contributing to brand expansion via targeted digital marketing efforts.

Primary Responsibilities

Design and implement digital marketing campaigns on various online channels.
Oversee social media profiles, maintain content schedules, and engage with the audience effectively.
Administer and enhance Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for optimal performance.
Conduct SEO tasks to boost website visibility and organic traffic.
Monitor campaign outcomes, lead generation statistics, and compile routine performance reports.
Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and sales teams to promote the brand.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and strategies for lead generation.
Experienced with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign performance optimization.
Knowledgeable in Google Analytics and Search Console for tracking and reporting purposes.
Skilled in content planning, copywriting, and up-to-date with digital marketing trends.
Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
Basic familiarity with Canva or similar creative design tools is preferable.

Experience and Work Conditions

A minimum of 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience is mandatory.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Work location is at Peeragarhi, Delhi.
The monthly salary range is INR 25,000 to 30,000.
