Role Overview

The Designated Regional Manager is entrusted with spearheading the Near Prime business segment at the branch level by overseeing sales, credit coordination, operations, collections, and customer service activities. This position emphasizes meeting business goals while ensuring portfolio integrity, regulatory compliance, and optimizing team performance.

  • Meet monthly and annual loan disbursement targets effectively.
  • Grow the Near Prime portfolio through various channels such as Direct Sales, DSAs, Connectors, Builders, and Referrals.
  • Identify new markets and business prospects to expand branch influence and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain an efficient sales team aligned with branch objectives.
  • Define clear Key Result Areas (KRAs) and monitor daily performance through meetings and sales pipeline reviews.
  • Foster a high-performance environment focused on excellent customer experience.
  • Generate quality Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, brokers, Chartered Accountants, and other influencers.

  • Maintain portfolio health by driving early collections and minimizing delinquency through focused recovery efforts.

  • Strong expertise in Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Near Prime customer segments.
  • Proven track record managing both sales operations and portfolio quality.
