- Oversee the issuance of design submissions and designer checklists through Autodesk ACC CDE.

- Check that subcontractor and supplier MTS files include current supporting documents such as DOPs and CE markings.
- Prepare the design section of bi-weekly progress reports, including updates on design submissions, MTS, and RFIs.
- Follow design progress from concept stage through to construction delivery.
- Lead and facilitate design team meetings.
- Coordinate façade design elements such as curtain walling, cladding, glazing, brickwork, and related systems from early concept to construction details.
- Manage information flow using Autodesk platforms.
- Work closely with M&E, structural, and architectural teams to identify and resolve clashes or technical issues early.
- Monitor design submittals, RFIs, and approvals so they stay aligned with the programme.
- Coordinate mock-ups, sample panels, and material choices with architects and client representatives.
- Apply a strong working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, BCAR, and relevant façade standards.
