Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-focused, decisive, and self-driven Demand Planner to join our Demand Planning team. This role is critical in making certain each Jonsson Workwear store has the right inventory to meet customer demands effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize data and insights to solve problems and enhance demand forecasting accuracy.
• Maintain meticulous attention to data specifics while aligning with broader business strategies.
• Collaborate proactively with cross-departmental teams to balance stock levels for promotions, new product introductions, and merchandising plans.
• Serve as a liaison between Operations and stores, facilitating clear communication and hands-on coordination to maintain proper stock quantities.
• Continuously seek innovative methods to improve existing processes to deliver superior customer service.
