What You'll Do

• Deliver orders within the designated area using a personal insured vehicle.
• Handle phone orders and process customer requests accurately.
• Prepare products and operate store equipment as needed.
• Restock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the store environment on a regular basis.
• Work with customers and coworkers politely in person and over the phone.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Driving record must meet company safety standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• Ability to read maps, find addresses, and navigate the delivery zone.
• Willingness to travel through difficult terrain, including stairs and multi-story buildings, while carrying orders.
• Basic math ability for accurate cash handling and making change.
• Ability to follow written instructions and communicate clearly by phone and in person.
• Comfort working in varying weather, hot and cold work areas, and physically demanding conditions.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to work both independently and with a team.

Training and Growth

Orientation and on-the-job training are provided. Domino's notes that many team members begin in delivery roles and later move into leadership, management, franchise ownership, or other corporate operations paths.

Work Conditions and Physical Demands

This job involves standing for most tasks, short-distance walking, sitting for paperwork, lifting and carrying supplies and product, pushing and pulling trays, climbing stairs or ladders at times, bending, crouching, and frequent reaching. Deliveries may require carrying items up to 50 pounds and moving through multiple flights of stairs.

Employees may be exposed to weather changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, tight spaces, hot oven surfaces, sharp tools, and moving mechanical parts. The role also requires vision, hearing, depth perception, and night driving ability.

Additional Information

Store team members may use pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. Driving duties include delivering pizzas by car to the customer's door as well as distributing flyers and door hangers.
