Delivery Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Delivery Executive to join our team. The role involves collecting orders and ensuring safe, timely deliveries to customers along predetermined local routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely collection and safe delivery of products to customer addresses within allotted timeframes.
• Use GPS/navigation tools such as Google Maps to plan the most efficient routes, avoiding delays and traffic congestion.
• Manage payment processes including collecting cash-on-delivery and verifying online payments, issuing receipts when necessary.
• Conduct thorough inspections of packages before delivery to confirm accuracy and product condition, ensuring no damage occurred.
• Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers, verify delivery details, and address simple inquiries.
• Provide real-time updates on order status through the delivery application, marking deliveries as Delivered, Pending, or Returned.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to INR 15,000.
