Role Overview

We are looking for a dependable Delivery Driver to join our Castletown team full-time. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely and safe delivery of our products, warehouse management, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise safely and efficiently to customers.
• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders promptly.
• Receive and properly store incoming stock.
• Accurately complete all documentation related to goods received and dispatched.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
• Operate forklifts and manage goods following company policies and legal regulations.
• Coordinate with customer service and sales teams about stock levels and warehouse operations.
• Provide outstanding customer service, including supporting counter sales.
• Assist with stocktakes and other general warehouse duties when needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety practices.
• Valid HR Driver's Licence (minimum HR-B) with a clean driving history.
• Current Forklift Licence.
• Capability to lift and handle items weighing up to 25 kilograms safely.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Fulfil pre-employment medical criteria.
