Job Overview

The primary responsibility of the Deli/Bakery Team Associate is to prepare high-quality food items for customers. This includes engaging courteously with customers at the service counter and efficiently restocking merchandise on the sales floor. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering strictly to food safety regulations is vital to the role.

Compensation and Work Schedule

The hourly wage ranges from 16 to 29 dollars, and it will always meet or surpass the minimum wage mandated for the location. Additional performance-based bonuses may be awarded annually or quarterly. Specific premiums, varying from 35 cents to 3 dollars per hour, may apply depending on schedule, location, season, or particular duties, with multiple premiums potentially stacking.

Positions are available in full-time and part-time formats with shifts including opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing.
