Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze complex datasets from various client sources such as inventory/discovery systems, license information, contracts, procurement, and finance.
- Evaluate data quality, completeness, consistency, and meaningfulness, documenting data models and data flow processes accurately.
- Conduct thorough data analyses covering usage against provision, license and cost anomalies, supplier/product dependencies, and indicators of shadow IT.
- Derive insights that help enhance digital sovereignty, addressing risks like concentration, vendor lock-in, contractual or usage concerns, and data accessibility.
- Present findings clearly through dashboards, reports, and analytical summaries tailored for decision makers.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree with 1-3 years professional experience in data science or data analysis.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills to structure complexity and clarify relationships, combined with high self-motivation and meticulous work habits.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German at business fluent level.
Applicants need not meet every criterion perfectly as many skills can be developed on the job.
