About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Partnership Manager to lead our data partnerships strategy and execution. This is a full-time remote position in the United States offering an annual compensation range between $250,000 and $400,000. The role requires a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to acquire and expand data partnerships.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Data Partnerships Managers to drive performance and growth.
- Create scalable pipeline generation processes, outbound strategies, and partnership frameworks applicable across various industries.
- Maintain direct engagement with crucial partner organizations and senior executive stakeholders.
- Design systematic approaches to assess partnership prospects and prioritize companies with the highest strategic value.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Legal, and Data teams to enhance onboarding procedures and improve partner experiences.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Enterprise Sales within dynamic growth-oriented companies.
- Proven ability to establish repeatable commercial acquisition or partnership programs from inception.
- Success in recruiting, coaching, and nurturing high-performing customer-facing teams.
- Strong executive presence capable of forming trusted relationships with founders, operators, and senior leaders.
- Exceptional commercial insight and negotiation prowess.
- Comprehensive knowledge of consultative sales techniques and managing complex partnership cycles.
