Job Overview
Venkatesh is recruiting a meticulous and analytical Data Analytics Associate to gather, process, and interpret data aiding informed business decisions. The role involves analyzing complex datasets, spotting trends, building reports and dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to enhance company outcomes.
Primary Duties
- Gather, cleanse, and verify data from diverse sources
- Analyze sizable datasets to detect patterns, trends, and business prospects
- Create and maintain dashboards, visual reports, and data visualizations
- Present data analyses clearly to various stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with cross-department teams to meet business goals
- Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modeling as relevant
- Track key performance indicators and suggest improvements
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies
- Automate reporting workflows to boost efficiency
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a comparable discipline
- Proficient in SQL for data querying
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and Power Query
- Familiarity with data visualization software like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Preferred experience with Python or R for analyzing data
- Good understanding of statistical principles and analytical approaches
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with excellent communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
Additional Preferred Experience
- Exposure to ETL procedures and data warehousing concepts
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Basic understanding of machine learning techniques is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously and balance multiple tasks
Terms and Conditions
- Position based in Secunderabad or Hyderabad only
- Work schedule: 5 days per week
- Monthly salary range between 30,000 to 60,000 INR
- Probation period applies with salary during probation not specified
