Role overview
Seara International is looking for a Data Analyst to turn data into practical business insights, with a strong focus on sales-related challenges and recurring as well as one-off analysis requests. The role suits someone who enjoys working with large datasets and using analytics to support better decision-making across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Study the daily operational issues encountered by the sales team and identify where data can help explain or solve them.
- Gather, organize, and examine information tied to sales problems and performance patterns.
- Create easy-to-understand visual outputs that present complex findings in a clear and useful way.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Statistics, MIS, or a closely related field; equivalent work experience is also acceptable.
- More than 5 years of experience in data analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of BI tools, Excel, and Power BI.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Positive interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a team.
