About the Role
We collaborate with a prominent social housing and care organization committed to supporting communities and providing vital services nationwide. The organization is undergoing a major transformation initiative aimed at improving property management and operational effectiveness related to asylum accommodation and support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, organize, analyze, and interpret data from various programs.
- Detect issues, patterns, potential risks, and generate insights to guide decision-making.
- Create reports, dashboards, and key performance indicator (KPI) summaries.
- Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and maintaining data quality.
- Propose enhancements to data management, processes, control mechanisms, and reporting methods.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience working with complex, multi-dimensional operational or project data involving analysis, validation, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques.
- Capability to detect data trends, quality problems, and underlying causes.
- Strong communication skills with confidence in delivering insights to stakeholders.
- Keen attention to detail coupled with dedication to accuracy.
