Position Overview
This is a contract opportunity for a Customer Support / Success professional working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze domain-specific documents ensuring they meet standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance.
- Provide detailed, structured feedback to enhance document quality and service performance.
- Work collaboratively with teams to improve customer support and success initiatives.
- Apply strong analytical capabilities in meaningful evaluation projects.
- Operate autonomously and asynchronously to fulfill project timelines.
Qualifications
- At least a bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent abilities in document review and analysis.
- Meticulous with a capacity to adhere to detailed guidelines.
Preferred Experience
- Background in customer support, service delivery, or customer success roles is advantageous.
