About the Role
Teleperformance is hiring a Customer Support Executive for a Malayalam voice process role in the telecom domain. The position is based in Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants should be graduates. A provisional certificate or final degree certificate is required.
- Strong communication skills are important for this role.
- At least 6 months of prior experience is mandatory.
- Only candidates who can join immediately should apply.
- This role follows a complete day-shift schedule.
Language Requirement
- Malayalam and English are required.
Salary
The take-home pay is between INR 16,000 and INR 18,000, depending on performance and experience.
Work Schedule
- Work is scheduled for 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off.
- The shift is entirely during the day.
- Working hours are 8 hours plus a 1-hour break, making it a 9-hour shift.
