Role Overview
This is a voice-based customer support position focused on handling inbound calls, understanding customer concerns, and resolving questions or complaints related to services. The role is open for candidates who can join immediately and are willing to work on-site in Indore or Mohali.
Work Schedule
The job follows a 5-day work week with 2 rotational weekly offs. The shift is primarily during night hours.
Candidate Profile
The employer is looking for applicants with strong spoken English and the flexibility to work night shifts. Candidates should be ready to report to the Indore/Mohali location without delay. Graduation is not mandatory for this role.
