Your Role and Responsibilities
- Manage daily rental operations smoothly alongside the station team, overseeing vehicle handovers and returns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by crafting a positive journey for each client interaction.
- Assist station leadership with staff scheduling and training, fostering team development and growth.
- Maintain high standards of quality, especially in customer dealings, to uphold roadsurfer's service excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training with 2–3 years of professional experience, preferably in car rentals, tourism, or a related domain.
- Strong commitment to service and customer focus, coupled with a polite, professional, and open demeanor.
- Enjoys proactive engagement and demonstrates strong communication skills when interacting directly with customers.
- Organized and capable of maintaining oversight and problem-solving, even in challenging situations.
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in both German and English.
- Valid driver's license category B is required.
