Your Role and Responsibilities

• Manage daily rental operations smoothly alongside the station team, overseeing vehicle handovers and returns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by crafting a positive journey for each client interaction.
• Assist station leadership with staff scheduling and training, fostering team development and growth.
• Maintain high standards of quality, especially in customer dealings, to uphold roadsurfer's service excellence.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training with 2–3 years of professional experience, preferably in car rentals, tourism, or a related domain.
• Strong commitment to service and customer focus, coupled with a polite, professional, and open demeanor.
• Enjoys proactive engagement and demonstrates strong communication skills when interacting directly with customers.
• Organized and capable of maintaining oversight and problem-solving, even in challenging situations.
• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in both German and English.
• Valid driver's license category B is required.
